HR, Admin Heads and Army Officers discuss what Leadership & Culture means in their respective worlds.

Ever wondered how the armed forces manage to builds such a strong culture and sense of belonging among its men and women? What Leadership means, outside the corporate world? How HR functions in the army to keep troops motivated and at peak efficiency, even in the freezing cold of the Siachen Glacier?

If so, then join us at Tables of Valour, a unique networking opportunity for 50 HR & Admin Heads (Corporate Companies) to have an open discussion on Leadership, Culture & management techniques with 10 active-duty colonels and brigadiers of the army.

It's a two way discussion - you along with four other attendees will be seated at a round table with one of these army-men, discussing your pain points in HR as a group, and coming up with solutions. These Officers will also share the tough HR and Operational problems they solved through unconventional management techniques, and their experience being in those situations.
