He has added value and growth to big brands like Housing.com, Flipkart.com, HT Media, Ikea, Kotak Mahindra Bank & Godrej Saralee. To facilitate contact building and networking forums for start-ups, evangelists, investors & enthusiasts, he initiated numerous forums : “Young Entrepreneur’s Society”, “Achiever’s Table” & “NCIE”. An alumni of Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur; he got massively inspired by Bob Burg’s book “Go Giving”.

Praleed is a chief techie, chief finance and compliance, chief discipline head of the company all roled into one. He has a hefty areas of experience in product development, design of network and database architectures. He brings expertise and styles in managing projects from around the world (USA, Australia, Geneva, frankfurt). He has earned his MBA degree from JBMIS, loves volleyball and all other kinds of sports.

Sanatan Dubey alias Santi heads Monetisation & strategic alliances for Nodd. Santi is a lawyer by education, an ace sales leader by profession and a relationship developer by Heart. Santi has led many important strategic alliances for all stake holders at Nodd and maintains the vision to create Win-Win situations. He loves reading the likes of Puzo, Brown & Sanghi and is a Tanqueray Loyalist.

When our sports buff and wanderlust graduated in 2014 from IIT Bombay, he didn’t know engineering would pave way for serial-entrepreneurship. Arpit gathered accolades by estabilishing Bloomigo.in: a data analytics platform to assist students and professionals in anticipating career moves. In early 2016, he co-founded NoddApp, to transform professional networking.
AVP - Operations & Partnerships
He is the one running errands and errands for the fun yet corporate fiestas-All the Nodd Outs,Nodd Ins and networking opportunities. He aids and works to ensure that the organization’s objective is fulfilled - i.e. to change the way professionals connect,ideate and grow together. He makes sure all the procedures and client needs are fulfilled, just the efficient way. He started as a Software developer but eventually made his way as a Co-Founder in a Food Technovation startup.
Senior Technology Manager
He is one of those, who can walk and talk tech even in his sleep! In an era, where multiple generations are hooked onto digital lifestyle for infinite reasons, he has been an android and a web developer for half a decade. Holding a Master's degree from M.U, he has extensively researched in the field of Mobile & Cloud Computing. Today, he has multiple live apps in play store, with 3 lac downloads to his credit.
VP - Operations & Partnerships
Manjusha heads the Operations Department and is the “Sheryl Sandberg” of NODD. While she derives a lot from the likes of her, Manjusha paves the way with her unconventional out-of-the-box thinking. She ensures bridges are built and maintained which she exudes – helps everyone in some way or the other. A community leader awardee for community impact, the ripples of her initiatives in community outreach has helped scores.
General Manager - Strategy
Gaurang heads Strategy & Marketing for NODD and is always on the go with dishing out new and improved strategies for NODD. A Mechanical Engineering & Business graduate at Carnegie Mellon University, he joined EY Consulting in New York and decided to return to India to pursue his startup ambitions. He was a part of an incubator, thinQbate, before joining NODD. He enjoys following football, podcasts and reading anything appeasing.

Pranav’s never give up attitude is a motivational boost for each of us; everyday. Relationships are fixed, not broken is his motto which he displays in his work with our Nodders. He brings to NODD a diversified experience of over 18 years in different fields of startups. He enjoys travelling and hit the long roads on his bike!

Hrushikesh handles the tech department with his dynamism. He doesn’t call it Jack of all trades, but a crisis manager tinkering his way through. Experimentation is his middle name and plays with different scopes of technology. He enjoys playing the guitar and also performs gigs in his leisure time. In a nutshell – “Our very own Batman”
Imran, “The Officer” of NODD, he deals with the strategic operations of NODD. One can say that he drives the gears of NODD. His experience varies from Business Development, Sales & Marketing to Operations in internet startups, online classifieds and e-commerce. He loves playing cricket and volleyball and is the star player of the NODD team.
Urvish - “Your perception to success is more important than anything in the world, It gives soul satisfaction”. A deep understanding of technology and strategy are his core strengths, with partnership building and crisis management forming a core part of his current role at SatSure. Prateep graduated from Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology, Trivandrum, and did his Master in Science from the International Space University, Strasbourg.

Shalin is the founder of SPYRL Ventures, a fund focused on FinTech and Industrial IoT. Shalin was a VP at the Piramal Group where he last led Piramal Realty’s fund raise from Goldman Sachs and Warburg Pincus and was a founding member of the Group’s investment arm, IndUS Growth Partners in charge of deploying nearly $4 billion. Prior to this, he was at NY based DCM Partners, a small cap hedge fund run by protégé of Berkshire board member David Gottesman and Bill Ackman where he also spearheaded efforts to start an India fund. Sourav Sachin is a motivated, knowledgeable and a pragmatic leader with strong educational background. His 17 years of experience encompasses diverse domains including Media, Telecom, Social, Mobile, eCommerce, Marketplace, Omni Channel, Loyalty, Retail, Fintech, Edtech, Hospitality and GIS where he managed engineering, quality, product and operations teams. Customer obsession is an intrinsic part of his DNA. His team building and mentoring abilities have led Sourav to lay sustainable foundation for businesses in today's demanding times and web scale. Sourav moved from CTO to CEO position at WoNoBo, last year, and has taken additional responsibility of business, finance and operations.
